PROGRAMMING POLICY:

IT IS AGAINST OUR COMPANY POLICY TO PROGRAM RADIOS NOT PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM US. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THIS, BUT WE DO NOT PROFIT FROM PROGRAMMING. THE TIME & EFFORT THAT IS EXPENDED DURING THE PROGRAMMING PROCESS TAKES AWAY FROM OTHER PAYING CUSTOMERS. IN ADDITION, WE CAN'T BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DEFECTIVE RADIOS ACQUIRED ELSEWHERE. ALL OF OUR RADIOS ARE FULLY TESTED PRIOR TO BEING SOLD & ARE OFFERED WITH A FULL 45 DAY WARRANTY FREE OF CHARGE. IF A PRODUCT IS FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE WITHIN 45 DAYS OF RECEIVING IT, WE WILL EXCHANGE IT OR ISSUE A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY.

PLEASE NOTE:

All Trunked Systems & Talkgroups will be programmed to receive only. You will NOT be able to transmit. We will program your radio to transmit if you can provide us a copy of some form of Government/Employee ID relating to the talkgroup/talkgroups on which you desire to transmit, expressed written permission & authorization from the system administrator, as well as a valid & authorized Logical Identification Number (LID) to assign to the unit.

EDACS RECEIVE ONLY PROGRAMMING EXAMPLE

We can provide Frequency, Talkgroup, & Site ID information, however it is only available to us via the internet. This information is not always accurate or up to date. It is suggested that you provide the proper information about your system if you possess it. We will be happy to fix any problems in the programming at no cost after you receive your radio/radios, however you will have to pay for shipping once again to & from.

It is illegal in some states to possess equipment capable of monitoring Law Enforcement/Fire & EMS Services. It is your responsibility to abide by all Local, State, & Federal Laws in your area.

It is also against Federal Law to transmit on any frequency that you are not licensed by the Federal Communications Commission on which to operate.

We are not responsible for the abuse or misuse of radio equipment that results in any violation of any Local, State, or Federal Law. We urge you to act responsibly.
